Kaleido Health offers a service called the Kaleido Box, where we organize medicines by dose into color-coded easy to open sachets (morning before meals, morning after meals, afternoon after meals, night after meals, etc.) and deliver medicines to the customers doorstep.
Broadly speaking, the service helps address two key issues/problems,
a) the root causes of non-adherence (lack of access to meds, lack of understanding of meds, etc.) and,
b) issues associated with incorrect consumption of medications (side-effects due to incorrect administration, emergency room visits, etc.).
WHO statistics show that 50% of patients don’t adhere to their medication regimens as prescribed by their doctors. [1] At Kaleido, we have created a medication management solution that addresses several of the root causes of medication non-adherence and medication errors. We help customers managing chronic diseases (diabetes, CKD, etc.) adhere to their medication regimens as prescribed by their doctor.

The Kaleido Box service is a unique blend of the brick and mortar retail medical store and online e-commerce pharmacies. We offer the customization of the brick and mortar retail store and offer the convenience of an online e-commerce pharmacy. We identify ourselves as a personalized medical store or pharmacy based in Kochi, Kerala. We personally handle the home delivery of medicines in the Ernakulam region. Outside of Ernakulam, we have our logistics partners handle the delivery of the medicines.
